Between October 2023 and March 2025, the Nxt Steps service delivered tailored employability support for NEET young people aged 16 to 17 and up to 24 for care leavers, young people with an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or at risk of NEET. The programme was delivered through a mixture of one to one support, group work and a residential.
