PEP Link Workers – Job Ref HW017

We are recruiting on behalf of ourselves and Leeds Mind for PEP Link Workers to work directly with service users. PEP (Patients Empowerment Service) is the West Leeds Social Prescribing Service delivered by Barca-Leeds, Leeds Mind and Better Leeds Communities, empowering people to improve and take control of their own health and wellbeing. You will need to be solution focused in order to assess patients referred by their GP, to support them to make a plan to change, and link them with the most appropriate services to meet their need.

Counselling Services

We have volunteering opportunities for both diploma graduates and students. Students need to be in their second year of the diploma and have a minimum of 50 hours counselling client work under clinical supervision.
