Trainee Navigator, WYFI – Job Red HW020

The WYFI Project aims to improve the lives and wellbeing of people with the most entrenched multiple needs who don’t engage in services, revolve in and out of services, or are excluded from services.

The Trainee Navigator will work as part of the WYFI Navigator Team to develop their skills within a professional role. The postholder will provide outreach support to people who experience three or more complex needs, using their own lived experience to support and engage with beneficiaries on the project.

We have volunteering opportunities for both diploma graduates and students. Students need to be in their second year of the diploma and have a minimum of 50 hours counselling client work under clinical supervision.
